Thats what I thought too but I e-mailed Arken to ask and gave them the link also. Just got an email from James at Arken and Gen III's are not in production yet.

For the extra tax bringing it north across the border.... it would be nice to hear about warranty and who or how it is being handled if needed?
Arken seems to be pretty driven and I suppose it's just a matter of time till they have a Canadian distributor if they don't already.....
