For those of you with the Dillon 550, DAA now has offers an add on mini case feeder!

The DAA 550 Mini Case Feeder will greatly improve the efficiency of your Dillon 550 reloading press!

By automatically feeding the cases into the shell plate, this clever accessory allows you to keep your right hand on the handle as you operate the press, and eliminates the need to pick up and orientate each piece of brass manually and feed it into the shell plate. Your reloading will be faster, easier and more enjoyable!

Phil any timeframe on getting in the DAA Mini Case Feeder Loader Bowl for this product?

Manually loading cases into the tubes without the optional bowl seems counterproductive.

That's not currently an item we had planned to stock but it can be special ordered.

Just got mine today (shipper was much faster than they originally stated).

Pretty easy to install, I had to futz a bit with the bracket that attaches to the top of the press even though I have the old style press. I used a few layers of tape on it so that it did not shift when I tightened the set screws.

Works very well, tested so far with 357 magnum. 14 cases per tube (6 tubes) plus 4 in the down tube so 88 cases

Filled the tubes with 9mm to check - 25 per tube plus 6 in the down tube so 156 cases. That should be waaaay faster than manually setting every case then bullet.

Interested for sure but need to know: How much trouble is it to manually feed other calibers not listed for this machine once installed?
Does it require the complete removal of the case feeder to load other calibers like .45LC or .44Mag?

Yes you would need to remove the case feeder to manually load those longer cases.
