To stabilized the trajectory when fired wouldn't they have to be spinning?
Sense they are disks ( think frisbees) and will ark after a certain distance what rpm would they have to turn say for 100 yards?
So to pre spin them another magnetic field to suspend them before firing( think of a laboratory beaker mixer).
