I wouldn't call priceless items paper weights. Wish I had one. The purchase window was so small not sure how many could be out there.

Talking with a lawyer recently... Apparently "Anger or frustration" could fall under emotional distress could fall under non-economic damages that could be sued for...
- and seeing how the government is refusing to release the documentation, a point could be made that we are being unjustly punished.
In Ontario, you can go up to $35,000
- Anyone knows have "damages" are calculated?

Buyer pays shipping and insurance on any EE sale unless explicitly stated otherwise in the ad or agreed upon as part of the deal.
All posts made by me are my opinion, and you must do your own research
In the terms of firearms ‘a few years’ is nothing: how many 1911s, SMLEs, Ruger 10/22s are there is Canada? The tooth fairy has more hen’s teeth in their collection than there are Stag 10s in Canada.
They were expensive, heavy, and AR10 parts (the ones not directly cross compatible with an AR15 like bolts) were not easy to come by. I even posted a cross comparison to the AR15 for parts just to help people.
In other words, not only is the AR ban stupid and disgustingly discriminatory to valid PAL holding gun owners, but the Stag 10 is so rare there is a similar chance of a criminal doing a crime with a GAU-10 as there is a STAG-10.

The legal answer to the OP is yes - just a paperweight till further notice..
Whoever was lucky enough to get a Stag 10 should keep it forever. I wish I had one. They were non restricted, so yeah...
