It looks like I’m going to be building a few of these, if you want on the list send me a pm.

This one was going on a .22Hornet so I used aluminum to keep weight down (knowing recoil wouldn’t be an issue)
Let me know if yould prefer steel over aluminum and we’ll go from there.

    Regards!

Do you have a price in mind? I have one of the Bsquare mounts which has worked good but i find the scope sits a little high with it. Definitely interested

Redbirddog: I would love to build hundreds of these, unfortunately that would be too costly/time consuming to do out of pocket at this time.

Dand883: price is $150+shipping. These will be steel and will be beadblasted/hot blued.

    Been making chips!

It took some new planning to be able to make these more efficiently (the first one-off was about 6 setups in the vise, dialing and picking up zero every time).

This way I'm making these two at a time, back to back(obviously) and all in one set up.

    Just givin'er!

    Ready to split/face to length.

There's a lot of material that comes off of these!

And there isn't ton of clamping options once they're profiled so I built a fixture that permits cutting and facing.

    More to come!...

First batch is blued and ready to go!
These are all spoken for but I've got a contact list started for a second batch so if anyone wants in, let me know.

Can't wait to get mine. The quality looks amazing. My 840 in 30-30 is going to look fantastic.

    PM sent Dale.

Bomber, that brings up a good point. Could you measure the hole distances on your 840 for me? I'll send you a sketch of the dimensions I'm after...

Please let me know if you go into production. I’m definitely interested. If you could come up with a price would be great. I’m thinking aluminum would be fine even for the 30-30.Thanks. Jim
