Be careful, I’ve heard that payment processing can cut you off or black list for circumventing credit through discount. Not factually sure if it’s true. I offer it but don’t advertise it.

Just go off the phone with a utility company. They add a fee, not sure how some get away with it.... Although lots do so.
Some will add a “fee” for anything they can. I got a parking ticket a while back and to pay online with credit card I got charged a $2 “convenience fee”
