Yes Jennifer Hart-Macdonald is listed as a defendant. She was the CFO for Alberta at that time. It was here letter to cease and desist manufacture, sales and shipping that sparked our action. Our claim is that she acted beyond her scope of authority.

I wonder how the new CFO would react? If you were to start sales again wouldn’t the new CFO have to be involved, or who would enforce the former CFOs decision?
It’s crazy how a Government lackey can just shut down any business, without /until a judge’s decision.
I mean unless your a pharmacist,reusing dirty needles on the citizen’s, possibly injecting them with multiple diseases .

I believe the easiest way to kill our action would be to get charged with trafficking of prohibited firearms, which is what we believe would happen if we started to sell, ship or manufacture again until we have a courts decision to work with. Chances would be high I would win the weapons charge but the cost would extremely high if the screwing Bruce Montague took is any measure of the lengths the government will go to in order to make an statement.
I also believe that proceeding with sales and manufacture prior to our case being heard in finality would be very detrimental to our case .
