Hey guys I previously had my PAL and figured it's about time to get my restricted and have a little more fun. So I went and challenged the tests. I passed and now am wondering if I have to fill out another whole sheet and send in $80. It kind of seems a bit weird that I would have to pay both again. Could I just phone the CFC and ask them to update it? If I did that I would still probably have to fax it in eh?

Indeed - its treated as if its a new license except you don't pay the fee.
They've been calling references so chose wisely. Get some fellow shooters if you can.

You know that you're RPAL is now rescinded because of that.
