25 yrs says the bucket. Word to the wise though, the amount of calories in these are startlingly low. It says "120 servings", this advertising is a little greasy in my humble opinion because some of these servings have a couple hundred calories each...meaning to maintain a diet of 2k per day youd be going through these buckets pretty darn quick. However the quality is not bad, and if you can supplement with a large sack of rice etc to stretch it out, theyre a nice addition to any store room/basement if you can grab em for a decent price.

The servings in my bucket range from 150 cal each, to 280 each, with the VAST majority hovering closer to 200, id say the average serving is 210-230 calories. So that x240 will get you a good ballpark.

You'd need 8ish servings a day, so each pack of two is a month worth of food for one person. Depending on how many you buy its $15-20 a day. That's not bad for shelf stable food. Considering what MRE's go for, this is a bargin.
