Can I buy a restricted firearm without being a member of club
I have held a restricted licence for 15 years now but haven’t been part of a gun club for close to 8 years . Was looking at buying a handgun and already have several in my name . Can I purchase without being a member of a gun club or am I good to go ? Thanks in advance

It depends on what you are buying and how you answer questions. I purchased several before I became club member, including collectible WW2 pistols, every time they asked I told them Im waiting for next intake. A friend of mine on the other hand was made to apply for a collector's license. He purchased WW2 handgun. When asked for the reason he said that he might join the club later on but now he is mainly collecting.
