    I never once asked for a discount refund or return just said the item ordered didn't fit, and was immediately hit with some nonsense about a return policy lol.

    a simple you need this item would have been all that was required but to go on a rant about a return policy when I never asked was ridiculous.

    black friday sales or not the response given was pathetic.

    Lol. The refund was because one of your orders was out of stock. Nothing to do with your other part not fitting. But you’ve misinterpreted their response, tried to publicly shame them, and now given up the privilege of shopping there in the future. Sounds pretty unhinged to me…

    I think you missed the part where there was an inventory error, therefore you were issued a refund on the stores return policy because the item was not in stock.
