Part of running a business and or servicing the public is putting up with peoples BS. Every once and a while I see somebody pissed off about something that isn't our fault and I still try and fix it. If a customer is a threat to my property or employees (or really disturbing the peace) than that's one thing, but just a bitchy email its like who tf cares?? Try to help the disgruntled customer and move on. By them giving the OP that attitude it basically validates his bad attitude. Now we have this dumpster fire leaching electricity out of society to keep it updated. While the reply from FOC with the same dude writing it is hilarious, its not the smartest business practice IMO.
