On the previous thread we replied to you and invited you to explain how these are over prices with examples, so here we go again.I was complaining about the carrier/plate combo in another thread. Main complaint was that the carrier was a cheap airsoft vest and the value of the plates didn’t make up the difference.
You are correct to a point, the plates "were" $80 each. Just like SKS rifles were $199.95, K31s were $295 at one time. There were $80 before and slightly after Christmas because we had several pallets of them that we paid a very low price on. Thats why we could sell them for $80 instead of $130 that they would normally sell for. Fastforward 4 weeks later and we are buying plates a few dozen as we found them vs 2 pallets at a time. As for "a few bucks" for the side plates, try $30 and add 15-20 mins to cut them properly. If you dont like the quality, you can always step up to AR500 plates and a miltec laser carrier for $700.
