By far the best customer service in the whole Canadian gun industry based on my experience... They answer phone calls, they return phone calls, they reply to emails right away and they help you out all the time...
Prophet river is top notch! Have used them for import from the US and hard to find specialty items, I hope to stop into the new store ealry spring it looks amazing
