Just finished a custom Pic rail for a customers Kimber 84M (I actually made one for his 84L as well but I was better at taking pictures of this one...)
Starting with 416ss round stock, squaring up the bottom...
Roughing off the top...
Cutting the angles...
Milling slots...
Chamfering...
Cutting the taper and receiver contour...
Ready for bead blasting!
He wanted it in time to give to his son for Christmas, it was tight but we did it!
