A good place to start would be to check your hunting regulations.
The answer is no, and don't take my word for it, go read the game regulations for your province. The principle is to stop shooting in bad light and risking either shooting another hunter or losing the animal in the dark. We can hunt raccoons with dogs at night here. Supposed to give notice to all neighbours first.
Ontario and NS also allow raccoon hunting at night. 22 LR only with dogs.
