What about a wellness program? I've worked in many different companies, so it's essential for me. An employee always feels happier when he knows that his employer cares about him. I studied at the business faculty, and many lectures were about it. If you want to improve this side of the offer, try to get more info on this theme. There are many interesting resources.

Are you a journeyman or 3-4 block/level apprentice with manufacturing experience? I’m curious to know what type of wellness program relates to a manufacturing trade or are you advertising your wellness training program for this shop?
