    One can only hope that this gets carried further and recognised by the Supreme Court. We already know that the Dauphin has little respect for the law and that he sees himself as a Jean Luc Picard sort of a character where he only has to raise his hand and say "Make it so". It would be nice to see the highest court in the land show him up for the self entitled (fill in your own expletive) that he is.

    FWIW the DOJ had no issues constantly sending new cases to the judge after our hearing. Turnabout is fair play.

    Pretty much guaranteed . He's in Alberta and will likely comment on the intraprovincial angle although since criminal law is a federal responsibility, all provincial court judges are dealing with arguments related to the same legislation. Thanks for posting OP - love it!
