Any idea where this course is? The rocky mountains is a bit generic.

Nordegg. I took the course last year and it was amazing.

You don't need to be a hunter to take advantage of the course. It's a good way to learn more about using your Kestrel, fly in a helicopter and shoot ELR.

The only challenge from my point of view is budget. I don’t know Rob, but I know someone who does, and I think highly of that gentleman. If you have the $$$ and enjoy shooting, this is better than some all inclusive Mexican beach drunk.

So how does this work, are they on private land or just crown land?

Why don't you guys contact RFMA for the dates and additional info, given they run the courses?

Not sure about the land use, but they take you up in a helicopter and you shoot out into the forest. Would recommend a .300 Norma Magnum or .338 Lapua Magnum as they have targets out to 2400 or 2600 can't remember.
