They are a little slow, but will get to you. Not the best on comms, I had 3 service reps trying to sort out a mess of two orders I had.
This was after 2 returns/warranty submissions, 2 emails to sales and one phone call.
I never did get a confirmation email or call about what was going to happen, but canada post emailed me saying I have a package on the way from them so...
About a month an a half later it appears things may have been sorted. We will see when the mail arrives!

Been a wave of colds, flus, the VID, and every other cold and flu season illness hitting the business...
Been short staffed basically all month but we will be getting back to you as soon as possible. Apologies on any delays.
I bloody well hate when businesses and enities use the "due to Covid" excuse.... but in reality that is whats happening the past couple weeks here. Heck I was out last week, multiple CSRs out this week, along with our service team.
