First off, thanks for the purchase with us and letting me know about this.

Unfortunately, we're experiencing technical difficulties with our provider, we have outgrown our current home and they're moving us to a new server.
It was supposed to be seamless, but it's not.

We're hoping things will be fixed up early this week. In the meantime, if you send an email to custsvc@freedomventures.ca with your phone #- we'll call you back and take your order over the phone. Or you can call us and we'll do the order over the phone.

Sorry for the issues, we hope to have it fixed soon.

Do you even continue running your business? For the last 5 days, I am trying to reach your customer service, sending emails and leaving vm's. Nobody responded so far. It looks like my emails and vm's went nowhere

I assume you're Vlad? There must be some confusion. We are trying to connect back with you.

You called this AM and did not leave a message.
You sent me an email at 1:30 yesterday and Ricky was getting back to you today.
Ricky responded to your emails on Feb 23. He sent you a quote on the 28th and returned your call on March 1 - he left a message.

Sincerest Apologies we're not connecting. We are very busy but that is no excuse.
Ricky will call you back this AM on the # you called us on.
