Not certain if you're in BC or not but just a heads up, the hunting regs state that it is unlawful to hunt with a handgun in BC. They define a handgun as any firearm with a barrel shorter than 12". I found that out after I built my 8" barrel 10/22 for grouse and was incredibly disappointed once I read the regs. I'm not sure if the CO's will actually hassle you for it, but I don't think it's worth the risk, personally.Originally Posted by FarmerDanz
