I can't speak to the actual law, but the Government of Canada seems to think the OIC banned the Mini-Thirty:

That said, unless magazines for prohibited firearms are themselves prohibited, there shouldn't be an issue with it
as long as there is a un-prohibited firearm that can use the magazines they will not be a prohibited magazine.
and like mentioned above the Ruger Ranch 7.62x39 uses these magazines.

i like IRG,,but buying from their website is unbelievably painfull.if you use their shipping included in your purchase it's like $50.00, just to ship a couple mags,but if you ask for the taxes and shipping quote separately,there's no way to pay the friggin taxes,holding up your order even more,other site vendors are so much easier,but IRG has good deals.so you just have to stumble through all their hoops,
