I don’t think it would be very hard to design something to work. I’d pay a decent amount for one to save on the cost of ammo. It would pay for itself very quickly.

I could be wrong but I don’t think it would be hard to sell a bolt /mag combo to covert to 22Lr for around $300. I feel like a lot of folks would be interested

Thanks for the Question. Stan has been working on it but it is still a ways off from production

Fun project I suppose? But 1), would you have enough gas to cycle? Maybe with a new bolt carrier and light springs?
    2) why would you want to bother when you could buy a perfectly good 10/22 for the same price? I've tried them all and it really doesn't get much better than that for semi auto plinking.

It would work fine. gas wouldn’t be an issue if it was designed like the cmmg.

To comment on accuracy, I got 2 1/8" groups at 50yards on mini mags out of an AR with this kit, 3" with Golden bullets, very much plinking acceptable or minute of Grouse.

For sure I’m just happy plinking I wouldn’t be using a wk180 for precision any way lol. Just a great gun for plinking and having fun.
