    AR500 Plates

We have a source for some of these in Canada. Flat AR500 3/8" steel, 10"x12" with rubber coating. Priced aprox $160.00 per piece or 2 for $300. If there is enough intertest, we will bring these in.

Does the rubber stop spalling? I'd like to think I'd live if I had these on.

Can't commit to buy two, if they were brought in. But if they were brought in, there would be a definite war between my budget and myself about getting two.

Long-term wise. I'd get two in the fall, most definitely.

The rubber will contain most of it from our test.

If you ask things in a polite way there will not be any reason for your post to be deleted.

Our test showed that it had absorbed the round, but there was some fragments that fell out. In a carrier, there will not be a problem, but we would have to test these a bit more. The plate easily stoped green tip 5.56 with only a slight dent and no change in the plate on the other side.
