    Great Customer Service.

    Just wanted to give a solid shout out to Reliable Gun especially Gavin.

    Helped me organize my online order and setup pickup by a family member who lives close by.

    You all have definitely earned a customer for life.

    Just wanted to add my two cents, excellent customer service. Highly appreciate the brief turnaround period on shipping my SKS; I had to wait about 4 weeks to have it shipped due to my PAL being flagged. Luckily I was able to resolve it quickly with my CFO, and upon informing Reliable Gun my PAL was no longer flagged they had it shipped same day. This was appreciated, as I had paid via EMT. I did not have a credit card at the time.

    If you can avoid paying by EMT I would suggest doing so. There are some recent threads in General Firearms Discussion that can elaborate on why EMT sucks. Thankful the payment method and circumstances were handled well.
