Or maybe these people were curious what these flip caps are and couldn't help the OP, so instead of answering a useless comment they just didn't?

Reliable gun used to have em, they might still be able to bring some in on order. In my experience opticplanet won't ship most of their stuff outside the US and the little they do, they rip you hard on shipping.

I was one of them, tried hard to find a set in Canada for me but couldnt find any in the stores i usually go to, and google led only to US stuff. Looked an the thread to see if anybody had luck. Weird comment, eat a snickers
 
alumina cannot be shipped out of the US by retailers - restricted item.

Last set I bought was at (please do not promote grey-market dealers on our sub-forum) . Good folks there and they probably order them in as I did see them on their page when I just looked.
