You also need commercial liability insurance. I can't imagine it's cheap OR easy to obtain for an ammo manufacturer...especially a new entrant with no history!

Barnaul always smelled funky and gave me a slight headache, not to mention it is real dirty

Well definitely sad we have to give up the Barnaul but we can rejoice that our precious leader is sending them a mighty shipment of four 155mm guns. Such a tough guy, our Justine.
