Chambered in 9x19mm, the PS9 Dagger is operated by a smooth single action striker-fired trigger mechanism.
The PS9 Dagger is feature-rich even in its standard form, yet also provides a framework for further customization, as it is highly compatible with many preexisting aftermarket offerings.
At first glance it looks like a Gen 3 Glock pistol with a custom frame and slide, but the PS9 was designed totally in house by Palmetto State Armory.
Looks wise it definitely looks like a Glock, but when you pick it up if feels distinctly different. That’s due to the shape and feel of the pistol grip. The developers of the PS9 at Palmetto spent a lot of time and effort on the shape and texture of the grip, according to them they’ve perfected it.
I say they’re pretty darn close.
What it does have similar to the Glock is that their trigger groups are compatible as well as the magazines.
The PS9 uses stainless steel internal parts in the slide as well as all metal front and rear sights.
