I have your mag extension for the 1301 which is very nice but the spring that came with the extension is significantly longer than the factory spring. does it need to be cut down? will the factory spring still work with the extension? i havent been able to test it out yet and probably wont be able to for a while. thanks

Use the factory spring and follower or cut out spring about 3 inch past end of mag tube
