I took that to mean work on the rifles won't even start until spring 2023.
You are correct! I misread that, holy smokes……

See, the newest post in the thread says production spring 2023, but the first post was edited to say ETA Spring 2023 (just noticed that now). They don't mean the same thing so it's anybody's guess.

    Either way, not fun.

    Balls.

Well that just freed up some funds for the remainder of 2022.

    Hey Marstar,

If by chance our current government is still around in spring 2023 and do something crazy like another OIC and ban this and all semi autos before then; we can still transfer our downpayment to another purchase or recieve a full refund, correct?

Of course. Doesn’t even make sense for me to order a restricted version because it’ll take just as long for the transfer to clear. I just love living in Ontario….

They already confirmed that our $300 deposit is fully refundable if w don’t get out guns for whatever reasons. See post #13

Well. This is disappointing. Good chance we don’t see these until summer of 2023

####ty news indeed, but this is not surprising in this industry.
As we stated in our first post, you can request a refund on the deposit at any time, or transfer the funds towards another firearm. The supplier is optimistic that these will arrive in the spring of 2023.

Moved my deposit to my PDP SD pro order. Fingers crossed they make it into Canada.

Thanks for all the effort Marstar. Even preorders take time and money.

If you have a preorder in, I urge you not to cancel, but to move it to another purchase to help save credit card fees. Visa and Mastercard already have enough of our money.
