It weighs 3.45 kg without magazine, bullets, or optics according to the CZ website. So maybe 5kg scoped and loaded? I had a Famae SG-542, and it was 3.55kg empty. I found it was too heavy to tote around in the bush. But it sure looked cool!

Hey folks hope this helps. I handled 18.5 inch at taccom. Its very similar to 16 inch carbine just longer barrel. I don't find its front heavy but i am also not a weight sensitive. Action was buttery smooth and machining looks better than B&t. Even the salesman there told me its way better than b&t but cheaper.
this will be the new canadian 3 gun choice for sure lets hope they leave it alone
Annnnnd there goes any chance of the NR Bren 2 ever arriving in Canada. ####ING liberals.
