Firearms pre ordered before May 18th?

If a firearm was pre ordered and paid for before the may 18th deadline did we beat the liberal BS new law?

If it was paid for in full, then technically it is yours, while temporarily in someone elses possesion.

If I ordered and paid for a firearm on may/17-th, I consider it bought before may/18-th.
Their interpretation does not interest me.

Therefore they can go #### themselves.
"Gun control" is a feel good term, which is designed to disquise the globalist disarmament efforts under the pretense of fighting crime.

I agree, paid in full to me is a done deal, the date delivered means nothing. I just would like to know if dealers, specifically TNA consider a item paid in full before the 18th to trump the deadline.

Also wondering this question. Would like some dealers to chip in with their input.

I would say yes because if gun smiths will have to keep records, it’s clearly not dependent on ownership.

I inquired on Saturday about this and was informed from said gun shop that transfer date would be when the rifle is in stock and ships. Soooo no dice on that loophole.

The word TRANSFER is the key. It's such and open-ended all encompassing term. It's the same reason trading or gifting a rifle doesn't fly, because it's still being transferred from one owner to another.
