Is there anything more special about these over the G1?
I heard pretty mixed reviews on the G1 quality, mostly slanted towards the bad...kind of approaching the M+M M10x territory (yes I realize the M10x is a different caliber)

So are these supposed to have all of the kinks worked out of them?

According to some users on Reddit,the gas port on these Gen 2s have been burning holes through shooter's gloves under repetitve use.
