Having the same issues, wont let me pay for the GST/shipping charges. Says captcha code does not match but it does. Tried it again thinking my computer messed up but didnt work again. Now I have 2 identical orders that are paid but the GST on both is unpaid. Really hope this gets sorted and I dont have to pay the 25% restocking fee on one of the orders due to a technical error.
For those with the GST pay issue I had the same thing. I just closed the page. Reopened it logged back in went to account and orders and then clicked pay GST and from there it worked. Not a big deal, not sure why people freaking out lol
Surefeed mags have blue followers or green Magpul ones?

I can't speak for the current batch IRG is selling, but the ones I got from them in the past were the blue followers.
