Edit I see nordic answered already.
Who would throw sh!t at a fan anyways?
Anymore Glock 17's coming? Or did they sell out again already? Thanks!
Would you say it's a credible rumour? On the Public Safety website it does list some upcoming firearm-related OIC's, but none of them mention the ban of sales/transfers. It's mostly regarding the upcoming magazine capacity bans. So this would have to be a hidden OIC, but even then wouldn't they have announced the OIC along with the bill to prevent any sales? This rumour doesn't make any sense, but unfortunately a lot of the things the Liberals do don't make any sense..

What am I thinking........? If I wanted you to know, I'd be talking!
So anything already submitted would still get processed by the CFO?
Your theory makes sense, but the government didn't give a damn about the retailers during the May 1 OIC, not sure why they would suddenly care now. And if they truly cared about retailers, allowing this bill to pass through royal assent would give retailers far more time to sell their current stock and decide what to do about future imports.
Since when does a liberal government care about the people they are supposed to govern ? This is news to me, they don't give two s**ts about anyone. The objective is to give the appearance of democracy by presenting a bill and right after that do an OIC.
Because the May 1st OIC turned into a #### show for them.
