This morning around 6:07am I accidentally woke up without alarm and accidentally recalled that today was the day to register an IPSC match at Sharon from 6:00.
So I opened ipsc site and looked for the match. Holy f**k, all 38 spots were gone with hundreds on waiting list.
Literally within minutes hundreds people rushed to the site to register a level 1 match with 4 stages shooting?
Black badge people are truly crazy, including myself.
I am going to rest a bit now.

Municipal and provincial cannot override Federal. There is literally no way to do it right now. It's one of the things stopping the libs from just telling Toronto and Montreal to go ahead and ban them.

Funny how we've had handguns for hundreds of years and suddenly it's an emergency and legal purchases must be stopped ASAP.
"Obviously a registry makes it easier to prohibit firearms," said Wendy Cukier (Coalition for Gun Control) - Right from the horse's mouth.

Effective lobbying by GC 🤪 has brought us to this.

Right now yes, but when they make C21 in to law, they will give municipality federal ok to pass bylaw to ban handguns in their particular jurisdiction. Once city acts upon it, CFO will cancel ATT and deny certificate to posses handgun within that city limits.
So No matter how big your gun vault is. you'd have to move or relinquish your handguns.

That's why voting right in municipal elections is going to be more important than ever

Ok, I understand that. I guess I missed the part where your statement turned to speculation on the previous.

As far as I know that is not true. We have traffic bylaws that contravene provincial laws and they are enforced. I objected and got to pay. No success!

I’m confused now. I thought they said that giving municipalities and provinces the power to do so was not the way to go and would not work. What did I miss.
