Norinco Olympia pistol 22LR only 199$

Got one and thank you.
However, I'm not too familiar with the transfer procedure as far as buying from a retailer (that and it had been a long time since I bought a handgun).
Do you guys take care of everything on your end, or is my input required at some point?
 
Any place to source some wood grips from?

Does anyone know if this gun is safe to be dry-fired?
I had searched the net high and low (including the Walther Olympia as this is supposed to be a direct clone), but I was unable to find an answer for this one.

Look at the firing pin and see if it makes contact with the breech.
 
So, are these worth it? I never had a .22 pistol so wondering if those would be a nice addition to my collection at that price. Thanks.
