State of Transfers for Restricted Purchased from Prophet

We have had almost 800 restricted firearms purchased since the announcement Friday afternoon. Many thanks to all out clients.
We have slightly less than 100 not processed yet and almost all would be from today. (A few people entered information incorrectly and those ones we need to contact the purchaser)
The ladies are working long hours and as quick as they can, however, during the day, it is taking about 20 mins per as the RCMP website is SO SLOW. We can do one in a few minutes during the middle of the night.
We are trying to get every single one into transfer as we really don't know if the government might decide on an OIC to freeze transfers.

Should we expect an email with some kind of transfer application confirmation number when you submit it to the CFO? Not familiar with the usual process

we will add the reference number into the notes. we won't notify you but it will be there. we are hours behind adding them to the notes though.

Do we have to phone the Feds after we get the ref number to complete the transfer ? Last ime I ordered a restricted from a dealer I did not have to.
