title, placed an order about 3-4 days ago, called in and was told transfer should be initiated today. Anyone know how long CanAmmo typically takes in getting all the paperwork with transfers done/getting things shipped out?

Every Gun store in Canada probably sold out of most of their stock of Handguns in the last week, It's probably not Canada Ammo starting the paperwork you need to worry about, it's the provincial CFO's processing the transfers being submitted.
I've bought 6 guns this past week, from multiple stores. Marstar is the only one to give me a transfer reference number.
I'm not worried yet. Should be awhile longer before they clamp down.
