I waited three weeks before I started calling.

Agreed-three weeks with no approval seems fair that a guy can call and make sure there's no issues........because if there are they sure aren't going to call us to ask anytime soon.

Yep. I was expecting it to be a gun club issue, despite my membership being up to date.

Never even got through to anyone. Says lines are busy, hangs up. I was on hold the other day for half an hour and gave up.

My order status says "awaiting transfer clearance". Doesn't that mean that I should be receiving a reference number from Prophet River that I have to use to call into the CFO's office to complete the transfer?

Not from a business. Only a private transfer.

Go to the Prophet River site.
Click on "My Account" and sign in.
Click the "View Order Details" button.
On the bottom left of the detail page there is a box that says "Order Comments"
Your reference number may be listed there along with the serial number of your firearm.

Mine just went through in BC. Without talking to anyone. Actual transfer initiation was june 5th not 3rd I guess. ��

Same here. Ordered on the 3rd, transfer initiated on the 5th, just went through today (BC).

Resident of BC purchased from Prophet River purchased late on June 3 filed on June 4 just received my approval June 24. I didn’t phone anyone or send anyone emails etc.

Product has been shipped thumbs up.
All my experiences with Prophet River is top notch so far.
