ya my local LGS , lone butte sporting goods has this ridiculous policy as well..... and they want to write the PAL info in their ledger for every pound of powder...... Not cool.

Thats was the norm for 40 + years..name address ..phone number and signature…not required for a few years now.

I can’t recall him ever asking me for my PAL with powder or reloading stuff.
