We are a growing company looking to add another long term sales member to our team. Considering applications Canada wide, as long as one has a quiet place to work with high speed internet, strong phone connection and a modern desktop computer.
Applicants must have relevant industry experience, but may also consider applications for those with a combination of exceptional firearms knowledge and sales experience in other industries. Valid PAL/RPAL required.
Candidates must be optimistic, friendly, outgoing and able to work independently. The position is primarily for phone sales so candidates must be able to communicate very clearly and be comfortable talking day in day out. Requires a calm demeanor, not easily effected by difficult clients.
We have many complicated systems, must be fluent with windows, outlook, excel, dropbox, and online sales platforms.
The position is full time, salary based. There is the expectation that some times may be quite slow while other times may require working on weekends/very long hours to get the job done with the rest of the team.
Compensation is variable, based on experience and education.
