Best way to reach?

I placed an order recently, which seem to exist if I look at my account, but there were a lot of web browser errors when I was filling out the form. What's the best way to reach them to check if everything went through? If calling a phone on their web site, it almost immediatelly goes to answering machine.

To calls, we are on the phone constantly and as they say 'are experiencing high call volume', if it goes to voicemail it means all lines are full.
