Has anyone any reviews of these MREs? I've heard that canned and dried food taste better.

Throw out the food. Use the buckets to store rice, beans and lentils..
I've brought them when I have overnight trips, or when I'll spend a day or two in the field. I'd probably choose to eat something else if I can; however they are a decent choice if you want something warm and don't have a fire/cooktop.
If I'm working in an office, or somewhere I can keep a decent sandwich cold, I'd do that.

Thanks, for the feedback. I've always wondered. Maybe for camping then.
