Question Just purchased a restricted firearm...

...and shortly after I received an email saying the transfer has started.

Now what? Do I simply wait?

From a dealer or private? In any case yes, nothing you can do but wait. I've owned many restricted and been waiting since June 3rd for any news on the latest.

You'll get an email when the transfer has been approved, at that point you can pick up your new purchase or it can be shipped if not local. Approval is the key step.
Oh hello. Are you picking up your brass?

You should receive your firearms registration certificate before you use the firearm, even if you physically have the gun.

Yes! Now the waiting game begins. For us here in Ontario it’s going to be a long one

    Shipping Question

I also just purchased my first Restricted, wondering about shipping. If I am not home can my wife sign for the delivery?
