    I can’t even get anyone on the phone to complete a transfer. 15-30 minute on hold if they will even put you on hold without apologizing for not being able to take your call. Then they hang up. An unacceptable level of service that us peasants must accept.

    If that idiot with the socks forces this situation he should be liable for the costs involved
    How many of us have had to take time off work to initiate or complete a transfer ?
    I’m at about 3-4 days of work missed since June .
    That smug little drama teacher owes me money

    It's an automated phone system with capacity limits. There is no 'they'. Taking it personally is a poor personal choice.

    Yes I agree it is unacceptable. At least it is not just CFO. Passport offices and Immigration are all backlogged for months. It's all aspects of Government. So don't take it personally. That's what I tell myself anyway.
