Good day y’all, just inquiring the process of transferring

Still waiting for an approval
Am I suppose to be receiving an email or phone call for the approval?
And will I be able to pick up my property after that or is there more paperwork to retain?

You will be getting an email.
You can go pick it up and bring it home or they can ship it to you. But you can't take it anywhere else until the registration certificate comes in the mail.

You have to call Ontario CFO number to get through to them. Your best bet is to email them (I haven’t had a picked up call in a 6 months)

If it's P2P they're behind. I'm waiting on a 605xxxx myself. B2P you can call ontario cfo and they should approve over the phone.

Don't call them. Just wait. It will be approved soon enough.
I know waiting is hard, but you'll still have to wait anyway for the registration certificate before you can do anything with your new property. And that is another 2 weeks after the transfer is approved.
