I’ve gotten a transfer late at night before. I was shocked but happy to get it. That was in June.

As hard as it is to believe, it is true. I just looked at mine and I have received a transfer in the past at 9:35 P.M. on a Saturday

I bought my 1st restricted on June 28 from Dante, transfer sent off right away. Approved by July 1. In my hands a week later.

Purchased my 2nd from Arms East Sep 1. Transfer sent off Sep 2? I think. Still waiting for final approval. Crazy the difference.
