It is a two step process, I got one done in two days. Do the transfer first, the phone back to to provincial cfo to complete the review. When I did the transfer they told me 1 to 2 months for the review

Now you mention they are already on Jun. 23 as of Oct. 11 (covered 6 days of transfers in 12 days).

This would mean they have picked up the pace at least!
From QC, just to point out almost all my transfers varying from june to august (14 total) were done in 2 days last week. So seems like they clear multiple at a time, which wasn't the case early on. It really is picking up steam I think. Keep em coming!

I finally got through to the BC CFO today after over 100 try’s in the last 3-4 weeks. Got approved in minutes mine was late July. I asked about the freeze and the lady did not deny it maybe coming. They can’t leave initiated transfers in limbo! She says they have been working day and night on transfers as fast as they can with No down time. Kelly was her name and was very nice to deal with.

BC CFO told me that as of yesterday they are working on Transfers from the end of June. You'll get them done quicker if you call in, but that means a lot of patience while trying to get through.
